In the event of a stolen ID/passport

  1. If your ID/passport has been stolen, report the theft to the Danish police and ask for a theft certificate. If you are not sure, report the loss/theft to the Danish police.

  3. If you need to travel home – in Belgium or abroad – or if you want to continue your journey, you can apply for a temporary passport. Contact the Embassy before booking an appointment.

 

In the event of a lost ID/passport:

If possible, bring the pre-filled application form with you. You do not need to bring a passport photo to the appointment. If a payment is needed, only card payments are accepted.
