For urgent cases (accidents, lost/stolen documents, etc. - no visas!) after working hours and during weekends, Belgians can reach the Embassy in Copenhagen via the emergency number +45 20 81 36 63. It is advisable to save a photo of your passport or e-ID in your phone or PC as well as bring a photocopy of these documents on your trip.
