Monday to Friday: 09.00 - 13.00, only by appointment (copenhagen@diplobel.fed.be).

If you are registered in the consular population register of the Embassy, you can make an appointment via e-Appointment.

Emergency Phone

The emergency phone is only for Belgians. Only urgent cases of humanitarian help or accidents outside of the working hours are dealt with.

In case of lost or stolen documents: no call between 8pm and 8am. Administrative questions will not be answered.
